are several rainforest trails available in Nevis.
A hike to Jessups rainforest
will take you through hidden vallies, giant trees, climbing philodendrons and
wild ferns.
The Bamboo Valley is another exceptional tour.

This
trail is just above the Golden Rock Hotel and has a mixture of native and original
vegetation which is similar to El Junque of Puerto Rico.
The Butler's Source
rainforests is another interesting find and all three areas is the ideal place
to learn about various medicinal plants and how poisonous plants use their poison
to protect themselves.
Local snacks and drinks will be provided.
